Ebony Majette brings years of policy experience at both the federal and state levels to the GuidePost team. She started her political career with former Governor Martin O’Malley, supporting the staffing of community affairs and public engagements.

Most recently, Ebony worked as a Legislative Assistant to Congressman Joseph Morelle, advising the Congressman on issues involving budget, education, women’s affairs, environment, family support and agriculture. While working in the House of Representatives, Ebony also focused on correspondence, developmental and comprehensive research tactics, strategic policy initiatives and economic development. Before her role in Congressman Morelle’s office, she had the pleasure of staffing congressional House and Senate leadership on a variety of policy areas and projects.

Ebony is a graduate of Howard University where she majored in Business Marketing, and lives in Silver Spring, Maryland.
